Gloucestershire Crime Series Event

Gloucestershire Crime Series Event - Book Signing in Coffee House 43

I'm delighted that my local café, Coffee House 43, has invited me to host a Gloucestershire Crime Series Event.

Here's the information from the Coffee House 43 Facebook page:

Mocha and Mystery – Book Signing at Coffee House 43

Bestselling local author Rachel Sargeant will be at Coffee House 43 on Tuesday 25th June to chat to customers and sign copies of her new Gloucestershire Crime Series.

The books feature Steph Lewis of West Gloucestershire Police, a fun-loving, no-nonsense detective inspector with secrets to keep. The opening chapters of book one, Her Deadly Friend, are inspired by Painswick Rococo Garden. The action in book two, Her Charming Man, moves to the Cathedral and Sharpness.

Published by HarperCollins and Hobeck Books, Rachel writes crime fiction and thrillers that sell worldwide, including in translation in Europe. One of her hobbies is listed as visiting coffee shops, so it’s no great surprise she often spends time at Coffee House 43 with a warm scone and an Americano while she plots her next story.

On the day, Rachel will be in the café from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Treat yourself to one of our delicious coffees and buy signed copies. Rachel will be happy to chat and explain how Gloucester inspired her novels.

(Book purchases are cash only.)
